That is why we have established these terms and conditions for you to read carefully before doing business with us. By deciding to conduct business with TEKSYS LOGIX, you hereby agree to comply with the following set terms and conditions:

General Services Contract

TEKSYS LOGIX is a well-established and fully-fledged digital marketing agency founded to offer design and development services to small- and large-scale businesses. Our business is only conducted online and we are available 24/7 throughout the year. When you place an order with us, you’re assigned a team of creative and experienced designers and developers who handle your order and ensure a timely delivery. Through our services, you’ll be offered professional and compelling logos, websites, banners, brand stationery, and brochures for your business.

Quality Assurance

With TEKSYS LOGIX, you are assured quality and guaranteed exceptional services. We have successfully helped several businesses of varying sizes promote their brand in their respective industry by providing them engaging and captivating designs. Our streamlined design process enables us to construct custom designs rapidly, effectively, and at competitive prices. It is our personal assurance that your logo, website, mobile app, or brochure are designed as per your exact requirements.

100% Money Back Guarantee

The initial samples and concepts of your design are created according to our customer’s brief to initiate the project. But because design is a subjective matter, we offer unlimited revisions to our customers to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. When you place an order with us, you’re assured a 100% money back guarantee. However, certain actions affect your eligibility to claim a refund:
  • None of the previous samples comply with the customer’s brief.
  • The customer asks for revisions by providing feedback.
  • The customer does not take action for 60 days.

Money Back Status

The customer can ask for a full refund. If the money back guarantee is not applicable, the 100% customer satisfaction becomes applicable. If the money back guarantee becomes void, TEKSYS LOGIX will review and uphold the offer at its own discretion. In case if a resolution is not made between the two parties and a refund is awarded, the client may not be permitted to use any items sent by us and must forfeit any ownership claims to our designs.

Shipment Contract

We understand that fast and secure shipments are really important. That is why we give a guarantee to our customers that the initial samples will be given to them within 48 to 72 hours. We send in the initial samples via email. TEKSYS LOGIX, in no way, is responsible for failing to meet an imposed deadline set by the client that was not previously approved in writing by both the concerned parties. Keep in mind that complete payment is due at the time of placing the order.

Color and File Formatting

The default color palette we use for our logo design projects is CMYK, unless the customer specifies another type of color palette that they would like us to use prior to starting the project. If another color palette is requested after the project has already begun, then TEKSYS LOGIX reserves the right to charge an additional amount. We use Adobe Illustrator as our primary design software, and so the original file format will be in (.ai). The customer can receive their file in other formats too, such as JPEG, PDF, TIFF, GIF, .wmf, freehand, etc.

Unlimited Revisions

At TEKSYS LOGIX, we always do our best to present the perfect delivery of your file. However, we understand the implications of the work we do and we know that there won’t always be the perfect first delivery. That is why we offer our customers the benefit of having unlimited free revisions until the project is completed. Keep in mind that for each revision request there will be a new draft sent to the customer within two days.

Ownership of the Work

Once a design is approved and the final file is sent to the customer after the complete payment, the client will then subsequently own all the rights to that design. All claims and copyrights are transferred to the client.

Cancellation Policy

TEKSYS LOGIX reserves the right to cancel, reject, or terminate your order or your contract under the following circumstances:
  • If the customer violates the contract terms in any way.
  • If TEKSYS LOGIX fails to complete the customer’s order due to an unexpected or unavoidable circumstance.
  • If an order has already been submitted by the customer and TEKSYS LOGIX fails to process it because of an unexpected circumstance. A complete refund will be awarded to the customer.
If TEKSYS LOGIX declines or terminates the customer’s order due to any reason other than a breach of contract on the customer’s part or TEKSYS LOGIX’s negligence, a complete refund of the prepaid amount will be awarded to the customer. We do not design and develop anything related to or promoting pornography, child pornography, and nudity of any kind. Any order placed for adult content will be cancelled immediatey.
